What counts as a "view"?
A view is counted each time a countdown timer is rendered — i.e. when an email recipient opens your email and the timer image loads. Views are counted per render, not per unique recipient.

What's the difference between evergreen and recurring timers?
Evergreen timers are personal — each subscriber gets their own countdown starting from when they first open the email. Recurring timers reset on a set schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) for everyone at the same time.

What happens if I exceed my view limit?
On paid plans, additional views are billed at $10 per 100K — your timers keep running without interruption. On the Free plan, timers will display a small Tickvio watermark once the limit is reached.

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — switching to annual billing saves you 20% across all paid plans. Toggle between billing periods using the switch above the pricing cards.
