Tickvio may be used for legitimate email marketing purposes, including: Email campaigns with countdown timers to opted-in subscribers; Transactional emails with dynamic countdown content; Customer communication with proper consent; A/B testing of countdown timer creative elements.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Tickvio to create, upload, transmit, or distribute content that: Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any laws; Infringes intellectual property rights; Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code; Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination; Involves child exploitation or abuse; Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit; Promotes illegal drugs or substances; Facilitates phishing, scams, or identity theft.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not: Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam); Harvest or collect email addresses without consent; Use purchased or rented email lists; Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; Interfere with or disrupt our Services; Attempt unauthorized access to our systems; Use automated tools to scrape our Services; Resell or redistribute our Services without permission; Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email regulations.

5. Email Marketing Compliance

You retain ownership of your content but grant Tickvio a license to process it. You must not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.

You must not abuse our Services through excessive API calls, bandwidth consumption, or other activities that degrade performance for other users.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

Tickvio reserves the right to: Monitor use of our Services for compliance; Investigate suspected violations; Remove content that violates this policy; Suspend or terminate accounts for violations; Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
