Can I use timers on my website too?
Yes. Every Tickvio timer works on any website or landing page — just embed the same image URL. Use the same timer across email and web for a consistent urgency experience across channels.

How customisable are the timers?
Fully customisable. You can change colours, fonts (including custom font uploads), sizes, backgrounds, separators, spacing, labels, and borders. Tickvio also supports multi-language labels, custom expiration messages and images for when timers reach zero, and smart redirect links that route to different URLs based on timer status.

How fast do timers render?

What happens when a timer expires?
You have full control. Set a custom expiration message or image that displays once the timer hits zero. You can also configure smart redirect links that automatically route subscribers to a different URL after the deadline — for example, from a sale page to a "sale ended" page.

Is my subscriber data safe?
Absolutely. Tickvio doesn't store subscriber data. Timers are rendered on-the-fly and we never see, collect, or retain personal information. Your subscriber data stays exactly where it belongs: in your ESP.
